3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup red onion -- sliced
1 bunch green onion -- matchstick
1 red bell pepper -- sliced
1 green bell pepper -- sliced
1/2 pound crab surimi seafood chunks -- or shrimp
1 teaspoon curry powder -- Madras, hot
1 chili pepper -- optional
1 tablespoon fish sauce -- optional
1/2 pound angel hair pasta -- cook al dente
1 tablespoon oil
Stir fry minced garlic (and chili pepper, optional) in oil. Add red onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add seafood and rest of ingredients. Stir-fry about 2 minutes or until shrimp are done.
