1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 cups broccoli florets
4 cups sliced carrots
4 cups snow peas
6 cups cooked white rice
Servings: 6
Combine honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, cilantro and red pepper in small bowl; mix well and set aside. Steam vegetables until crisp-tender; drain well. Toss steamed vegetables with peanut sauce in large bowl. Serve immediately over rice.
