1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons cooking wine
1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 sprigs coriander (cilantro), minced
1 tablespoon "NAMIDA" Hot wasabi paste
Servings: 14
1. Place all ingredients in food processor; mix well and strain.
2. Place in small bowl.
Serving Ideas: Serve as a dip with Wasabi Tofu Soup.
