Recipe Feeder
Saute in a pot with olive oil:

1/2 an onion
1 yellow pepper (chopped fairly finely)

add:
1 large can diced tomatoes
3 cups chicken broth
1 large bunch asparagus, chopped
lots of chopped FRESH rosemary (I used tons, and it tasted AMAZING)
4 cloves garlic, chopped
sea salt
freshly ground pepper

I also chopped up 3 pieces of frozen fish (sole) once all the veggies had been cooking for awhile, to add some protein to make this an entire meal.
