Recipe Feeder
1 med. avocado, ripe & soft
1/2 c. chopped fresh chives
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp. dried tarragon
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Prepare at least 3 hours before serving. Mash avocado until creamy and set aside. Add garlic, parsley, tarragon, chives, vinegar, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Mix well until creamy. Refrigerate until using. Can use onion instead of chives, not as delicate though. Can use for vegetable dip or on lettuce.
