Had this in a resto a few days ago.
Hearts of palm, fresh pineapple and peach chunks, over bed of
lettuce. THE best part was a dressing, as they termed it, which
seemed to be vanilla ice cream and peanut butter blended. I guess
they softened the ice cream, mixed in the peanut butter, then
refroze. I ate every bit and spooned up the melted ice cream too.
I was thinking this dressing would also be good as a dessert over
pound cake.
