Recipe Feeder
6 ea med. tomatoes 1/3 c minced onion
1/2 c canned California green 1 ts salt
12 servings
6 ea med. tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped,:: 1/2 c (or more!) thinly
sliced or diced canned California green, chiles (seeds and veins removed)
or fresh chiles, peeled and "gutted",:: 1/3 c minced onion,:: 1 ts salt::
minced canned jalapeno chiles to taste, or other chiles that you like.
About 1 jalapeno per cup of sauce will be fairly hot. (I bet Habaneros from
Old Southwest would make this a real firecracker!)
