2 tbs. Non-iodized Salt
1 tbs. Chipotle Powder
1 tbs. Cumin Seed
1 tbs. Garlic Powder
1 tbs. Onion Powder
1 tbs. Brown Sugar

Wet brisket with lemon juice, then put on the rub. Smoke for 18 hours or until tender.
