Ingredients:

10 g soy flour
30 g + 10 g wheat flour
30 grams wholemeal rye flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
90 g warm water
10 g margarine
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 apple


Instructions:
-----------------------------------------------------

Mix the soy flour and 30 g of wheat flour, the rye flour, cinnamon and sugar with the water and margarine to a homogeneous dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. Core and grate the apple and rub. Then stir in the remaining ingredients.
Bake the waffles on a greased waffle iron.
Serve with sliced apples, agave syrup (or similar) and margarine.


Additional comments:

Tastes deliciously with "cream" and / or vanilla ice cream. The dough also should be able to be prepared as pancaked in the pan.
