Recipe Feeder
4 cooked Artichokes, hearts removed when cool.
1 leek, diced
2 TBS Butter
1 cup jarred roasted red peppers, drained
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3 TBS Mayonnaise

In small sauce pan over medium heat add butter and leeks. Cook until leeks
are very tender; cool
Add artichoke hearts, peppers, cheese, mayonaisse and leeks, and blend in
food processor or blender until
smooth and well combined. Divide mixture, place 1/4 of the mixture in center
of each artichoke and serve.
