2 lb asparagus, sliced into 1" 1 ea chicken bouillon cube
3 ea leeks, sliced 1 c cream
4 ea green onion, sliced thinly 2 tb tarragon
1 ea red potato, chopped small 2 tb basil
3 tb butter 1 ea clove garlic, pressed
4 c water 1 tb soy sauce
4 servings
Saute vegetables in butter for 5 minutes. Add water and bouillon
cube; Simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10
minutes more. Serve. Serves 4
