Ingredients
1 pound 90% lean ground beef
1.5 tablespoon BBQ sauce
1.5 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 whole medium tomato- 8 slices
2 cups shredded romaine
2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Light Dressing
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 whole wheat pitas
4 servings Rainbow Fruit Cup
Preparation
Prep Time: 30 min.
Preheat Char-grill. Combine ground beef with BBQ sauce and seasonings. Divide into 4 even portions. Slowly press the patty flat with the palm of your hand. The patty should be 3/4 inch thick and oval shaped. Place on hot grill for 3-4 minutes each side for medium-well doneness. You should see clear juices coming through burger when meat is done. Place pita on grill to warm bread, 30 seconds each side. Blend Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Light Dressing and mustard. Cut pita in half, spread 1 tablespoon of ranch/mustard mix evenly on bread, lay in a 1/2 cup shredded romaine, 2 slices of tomato and a burger. Serve with the rainbow fruit cup.
