Recipe Feeder
* 1 lb. lean ground beef
* 1 C chopped onions
* 1 C thinly sliced carrots
* 1 C finely chopped potatoes
* 1 C water
* 1 can (14 oz.) baked beans
* 1/2 C barbecue sauce
* 1 C reduced fat shredded Cheddar Cheese

Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Break up any large chunks of meat and cook until no longer red. Drain meat well.

Add the onions, potatoes and carrots to the meat. Continue to cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add water. Cover skillet and cook about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add the beans and barbecue sauce stirring well. Continue to cook uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Remove skillet from heat. Sprinkle cheese over the top and serve.
