2 clove Garlic -- crushed
1 tbs. Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Peanut Oil
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tbs. Nuoc Nam
Marinate thinly sliced meat (like flank) for several hours. Put on skewers and grill over hot coals until browned. Goes well with hot mustard, peanut sauce or nuoc cham (that's cham--not nam).
