1 small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen
1/4 cup fresh or frozen assorted berries (such as strawberries, blackberries, and/or raspberries)
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
Sliced fresh strawberries (optional)

In a blender container combine the frozen banana pieces, desired berries, orange juice, and yogurt. Cover and blend till smooth. To serve, pour into
tall glasses. If desired, garnish each drink with fresh strawberries.
