Recipe Feeder
1 bunch broccoli
½ pound cooked bacon, crumbled
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
1 cup Craisins (or raisins if preferred)
½ cup sesame seeds, toasted

Dressing

½ cup plain yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Splenda (or sugar if preferred)
2 Tbsp. white vinegar

Remove flowerets from stalk and cut into bite sized pieces. Mix broccoli, red onion, sesame seeds, Craisins (or raisins) and bacon.

Mix dressing and pour over broccoli mixture. Marinate 1 to 2 hours before serving.

Low calorie, low fat option:

Turkey bacon can be substituted if desired or use 4 slices of regular bacon and remove the fatty parts.
