2 pound Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined
3 slice Ginger
2 teaspoon Ginger
6 Green Onions
4 tablespoon White Wine, Dry
3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
½ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced

Leave shrimp tails intact. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Marinate shrimp for two hours. Put shrimp on oiled skewers and grill three inches above hot charcoal about 5 minutes on each side. Brush several times with marinade and serve hot.
