Recipe Feeder
All you need for the marinade is:

250ml pineapple juice
Juice of 3 limes
45ml olive oil
45g brown sugar
1 tbsp Peppadew juice
3-4 chopped spring onions

For the kebabs:

6 chicken breast fillets, cut into cubes
1 pineapple, peeled and cored, cut into bite-size chunks
1 jar Peppadew peppers

1.Mix the pineapple juice, lime juice, olive oil, Peppadew brine and brown sugar together in a bowl. Add the spring onions and mix them in as well. Add the chicken to the mixture and toss well to coat it. then leave it to marinate for at least two hours.

2.Thread chicken, pineapple and Peppadews onto skewers.

3.Once the chicken is marinated, skewer the cubes with Peppadews and pineapple, then grill or barbecue.



The kids loved these things so much that I can only assume I'll be making them all summer. Hope you enjoy these kebabs and have a great summer!
