This soup is very good. It's also very easy to make.
1 can Rotel green chillies and tomatoes
1 small can chopped green chillies
1 16 oz. can chicken broth
1 can Mexican style corn
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 1/2 to 3 cups cooked chicken
Just throw everything together in a pot and let it cook until you're
ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream. I usually
just serve the soup plain and let everyone decide whether or not they
want the sour cream and/or tortilla chips.
