If you aren't familiar with Dorothy Lynch dressing, it's a french-type dressing - sort of sweet/sour. The addition of mayonnaise makes this quite a creamy dressing.

1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup erythritol crystals (or sweetener of your choice)
1 can condensed tomato soup (undiluted)
1/2 to 2/3 cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup light mayonnaise

Mix together dry ingredients and add to remaining ingredients in blender, blend well and chill before serving.

Yield: 1 quart
