Ingredients:
[/COLOR][/FONT][/SIZE]1 lb - Chicken (bite size pieces)
2 nos - Onion (thinly sliced)
2 - 4 nos - Green chillies
2 - 3 tbsp - Oil
2 drops - Red coloring (optional) For the marinade:
1/2 tbsp - Red chilly powder
3 tbsp - White vinegar
2 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tbsp - Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp - Black pepper
1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
Salt as reqd
Method

Method
- Marinate chicken in the mentioned marinade for about 30 mins.
- Saute onions and green chillies in a skillet for about 5 mins.
- Add chicken along with the remaining marinade and saute, until gravy is thick and chicken is done to your liking.
