2 lb Ground chuck 2 md Potatoes, diced
1 Stick oleo or margarine 1 pk Frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c Flour 1 cn Tomatoes (15-20 oz.)
2 Carrots, diced 4 Beef bouillon cubes
1 md To large onion, diced Salt, pepper and garlic
2 Celery stalks, diced -salt or garlic to taste
8 servings
In dutch oven size pan melt margarine. Add flour and stir until smooth. Add
2 cups water, stir until smooth. Add 3 cups more water, carrots,
celery,potatoes, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper
and garlic. In separate pan brown meat and cook onion. Drain. Add to dutch
oven. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Freezes well.
