Recipe Feeder
4 cups chopped cooked chicken
16 oz. cream cheese
2 cups of chopped green peppers (I use a 10 pkg. of frozen chopped peppers)
16 oz. salsa ( temperature of your choice)
Mix all the above in a sauce pan and warm until cheese is melted and all the
ingredients are incorporated.
Pour mixture down the center of:
10 burrito sized tortillas.
Roll up, lining them side by side in a 13x9 baking pan.
Over the rolls pour:
1 bottle of Trader Joe's enchilada sauce
Cover with foil and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
At this time remove foil and sprinkle 1/2 - cup of cheddar cheese on top
(amount is your choice). Pop back into oven for 5 minutes for cheese to
melt.
