1/4 c Vinegar Pinch of salt

8 Slices bacon, fried & 2 Eggs, boiled & chopped

Mix dressing ingredients. Clean and tear spinach. Pour dressing over
spinach and add bacon and eggs before serving. Serves 6-8.
