Recipe Feeder
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained

Lettuce leaves
1/4 cup toasted flaked coconut

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Gradually beat in sour cream and orange juice concentrate. Whip cream; fold into cheese mixture. Stir in drained fruit cocktail and oranges. Spread into a 9 x 9-inch pan lined with foil. Freeze until firm; cover, label, and freeze for longer storage.

To serve, let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Cut into serving pieces. Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
