4 ounces Assorted fresh berries, such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
2 fluid ounces Crème fraîche
1 teaspoon Orange liqueur
1/2 ounce Brown sugar
Servings: 1
1. Arrange the berries in an even layer in a shallow, heatproof serving dish.
2. Stir the crème fraîche and orange liqueur together. Spoon this mixture over the berries.
3. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the crème. Place under a broiler or salamander just until the sugar melts. Serve immediately.
