3 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1 lemon - juiced
4 scallion
black pepper

mustard sauce

=Mix together 3., fold in crab. Shape salmon into hearts, stuff with crab& top with breadcrumb. Roast in hot oven with water on plaque.
