Recipe Feeder
1 can hearts of palm, drained & sliced about 1/2" thick
dash of garlic salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 small drip of catsup

Arrange palm slices on a microwavable plate & sprinkle very lightly with garlic salt.

Combine mayo & catsup . . . spread over slices.

Heat to serving temperature. 4 servings

For an au gratin variation, sprinkle slices with almond meal/grated parmesan mixture, and drizzle with a little garlic butter, melted. This works better if cooked in a conventional or toaster oven, so the topping can brown.
