1 pound Alaska pollock fillets

1 pound cod or rockfish fillets
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons dry white wine
OR
2 tablespoons fish stock
1 tablespoon thyme, crushed
1 tablespoon marjoram, crushed
Lemon slices
Servings: 4
1. Cut fish into serving sized pieces.
2. Melt butter; add remaining ingredients except lemon. Place fish in shallow microwave safe dish; baste generously with butter mixture.
3. Arrange lemon slices on fish. Microcook, covered with wax paper, on high for 3 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 turn. Baste with butter mixture. Microcook, covered, on high for 1 to 2 minutes longer or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
