* 1 x Herbs


fresh Take any fresh herb(basil parsley rosemary sage thyme oregano garlic etc) and place washed herbs in vinegar in glass bottle. Close tightly and let sit for at least a month. Decant into another container straining through a cheesecloth. Use in salads soups or sauces to add a little zip!
