Recipe Feeder
1 ea chicken, quartered 1/4 c lemon juice
1 ds Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c butter 1/4 c catsup
1 ea garlic to taste 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1 ea chopped onion, to taste
4 servings
Wash and drain chicken. Season with salt and pepper and place in pan
large enough that pieces do not overlap. Melt butter in saucepan, add
garlic and onion, if desired, and saute until transparent. Add remaining
ingredients and bring to a boil. Broil chicken until golden brown on
both sides. Add sauce and cook uncovered in oven for about 1 hour or
until nice and tender. Baste often.
