Lemon Vinaigrette

2 cups olive oil
5 cups rice vinegar
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup lime juice
4 ounces green onions, chopped
1 ounce garlic, chopped
2 cups parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons lemon zest
3 tablespoons lime zest
Servings: 72
Whisk all ingredients together. Refrigerate.
