1 pound Linguine, Spaghetti, or Thin Spaghetti, uncooked
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 cups pork tenderloin, cut in thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced green onions with tops
1 1/2 cups red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3/4 large carrot, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Servings: 4
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. In Dutch oven or large skillet, heat oil. Add remaining ingredients, except pork and linguine. Stir-fry until tender. Add meat and lightly stir-fry until cooked. Add hot linguine; toss to mix. Serve immediately.
