1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat (skim) milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 ice cubes, crushed
Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add crushed ice and continue blending for 15 seconds or until blended.
