Prepare lemon chiffon cake mix as directed on package except - bake in 2 ungreased loaf pans, 9x5x3", 45 to 55 minutes. Invert to cool. Remove cakes from pans. cut cakes into 1/4" slices. Spread each slice with tart jam or jelly; roll up and secure with wooden pick. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
