1 (28 ounces) can tomato sauce
28 ounces water
1 medium yellow onions, minced
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, with seeds,minced
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Bring all ingredients to a boil in saucepan over med-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat and cool.
Store in an airtight jar in refrigerator until serving.
