Pineapple Delight Cake

Preheat oven at 350*F
Grease, and flour cake pan. (13x9)
Topping;
Mix first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar,
1/2 cup flaked coconut,
1/2 cup chopped pecans, or walnuts
1 cup white sugar,
2 eggs,
1 tsp. vanilla,
2 cups flour,
1 tsp.baking soda,
1 can (13 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained,
1/2 cup butter,
1/2 cup light cream, or Carnation Milk,
1/2 cup sugar,
1/2 tsp. vanilla.

In a large bowl, combine white sugar,eggs, and vanilla.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add flour, soda, and pineapple undrained.
Pour batter into greased, and floured pan.(approx 13x9)
Sprinkle on topping. Bake at 350*F for 45 to 60 minutes.
After cake is baked, pour sauce over cake.
SAUCE: Combine, and stir butter, light cream, sugar, and vanilla. Stir on medium, or low heat continuously.
Will gradually thicken. Pour over cake.
