Recipe Feeder
1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch topping
4 cups kellogg's rice krispies cereal
2 cups vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1. In a sauce pan over low heat, melt chocolate stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat.
2. In medium bowl, stir together melted chocolate and butterscotch topping. Add cereal and stir until well coated.
3. Lay wax paper in a 13x9 inch pan.
4. Using a spoon, press mixture firmly and evenly into pan. Place into freezer until firm, about 15 minutes.
5. Cut cereal mixture into 3"x3" squares.
6. Take 2 squares and spread icecream between the two to make sandwiches.
7. Wrap individually in foil or freezer wrap.
8. Freeze until firm about 1/2 hour or eat right away.
