Rosy Rhubarb Cake

Pre-heat oven for 350*F.
Grease a 9x13 cake pan.
2 cups flour,
1/2 cup sugar,
2 1/2 tsps. baking powder,
6 cups rhubarb, sliced,
1/2 cup shortening, or butter,
1 egg,
3/4 cup milk,
1 pkg. strawberry jello.
TOPPING;
1 1/2 cup brown sugar,
11 1/2 cup white sugar,
1/2 cup flour,
6 tbsps. soft butter.

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Cut in shortening, or butter.
Beat in the egg, and add milk. Spread in bottom, and sides of a 9x13 greased cake pan.
Mix rhubarb, and jello together. Spread over crust.
Topping; Mix together flour,and sugars. Add butter.
Mix altogether. Sprinkle over rhubarb.
Bake for 50 minutes.
