Recipe Feeder
1 7 1/2-ounce can salmon drained and flaked
6 crackers crushed (1/3 cup)
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tablespoons onions chopped
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
White Sauce and Peas (see below)

In a medium bowl, mix salmon, cracker crumbs, egg, onion, milk and lemon juice until well blended. Shape into four patties.

In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, fry patties in butter or margarine until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a heated platter. Top with White Sauce and Peas if desired,
