Recipe Feeder
1 c Rice, uncooked 1 c Corn, whole kernel, drained
16 oz Tomatoe sauce 3/4 c Water, divided
1/2 c Onion, chopped 1/2 c Green pepper, chopped
1 lb Hamburger
4 servings
Saute the hamburger to remove excess fat. In a 2 quart casserole layer the
ingredients as follows: rice, corn, salt and pepper,1/2 of the tomatoe
sauce,1/2 cup water, onion, green pepper, ground beef, remaining tomatoe
sauce and water. Cover and bake at 350 for1 hour. Uncover and continue
cooking another 25 minutes. A few slices of cheese placed on top adds a
nice touch the last ten minutes.
