Recipe Feeder
1½ pound Sole, Fillets
1¼ cup Water
1/3 cup White Wine, Dry
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
3 Green Onions, Chopped
½ cup Cream
2 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Grapes
If fish fillets are large, cut into 6 serving pieces and place a skillet. Add water, wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper and onions. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Remove fish to platter with slotted spatula and keep warm. Mix cream and flour. Stir into skillet. Boil 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened. Stir in seeded and halved grapes. Heat until hotand spoon over.
