1 1/2 lb Fresh, ripe tomatoes. 3 tb Chopped basil
1 tb Chopped fresh sage 3 tb Chopped parsley
3 ts Finely chopped rosemary 1 tb Chopped mint
1 Clove garlic, minced 1 lb Spaghetti
1/3 c Extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper

1) Wash; split; seed and dice the tomatoes in 1/2 inch cubes 2) Put
tomatoes and herbs in a large, ceramic bowl. 3) Cook pasta 4) When pasta is
nearly done, heat olive oil to smoking and pour it over the tomato and
herbs (It should sizzle.) 5) Add salt and freshly ground pepper. 6) Drain
pasta and toss with tomatoes and herbs.
