Tartar Sauce

1 pint mayonnaise
2 ounces capers, chopped
3 ounces sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons onion, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt, to taste
worcestershire sauce, to taste
tabasco sauce, to taste
Servings: 16
1. Stir all the ingredients together until well blended. Chill thoroughly before serving.

2. Yield 1 pint (500 ml)
