For the best dinner of course you need to fish. And what is the best fish??:
Ingredients
- 250 grams of salmon fillets;
- 200 grams of broccoli;
- 200 grams of potatoes;
- 2 tablespoons of skim milk, 2 oil and 1 of flour;
- Parsley, mint and 6 tablespoons of vinegar;
- 1 egg white for brushing;
Preparation
Bake the potatoes and broccoli with a little salt.
Mix milk with flour and vinegar.
Cut the parsley and mint and mix the mixture made earlier.
A dish for olive oil, salmon previously seasoned with salt and pepper, the gowns and broccoli, and add the sauce.
Just go to the oven until the salmon is ready.
