Recipe Feeder
Makes 8 servings

Cooking spray
2 Pounds ground turkey breast
½ Cup rolled oats
½ tsp Salt
1 egg and 1 egg white, beaten
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Onion powder
½ Cup Catsup
½ tsp Dried sage
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ Cup finely chopped onion
¼ Cup finely chopped celery
1 Cup of cornbread (broken into small pieces)
½ tsp Salt
2 Tb water
2 Tbsp. Olive oil or 1 ½ Tbsp. butter (I used organic butter in this recipe)

-Preheat oven to 325.
-Spray a 8 x 8 glass pan with cooking spray.
-In a large bowl mix together, turkey, oats, egg, ½ tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, catsup, dried sage, and Italian seasoning.
-In a small bowl mix together onion, celery, cornbread, salt, water and butter or olive oil.
-In glass pan, spread half of meat mixture and flatten with a spatula, then spread cornbread filling and flatten out, then top with the rest of the meat mixture and spread until smooth.
-Bake covered for 45-55 minutes until cooked through and it reaches an internal temperature of 160. (NOTE: uncover the meatloaf the last 10 minutes of baking).
