1 t. Dijon mustard
dash of salt
dash of pepper
2 T. red wine vinegar
dash lemon juice
2 T. Vegetable oil
dash olive oil
In a large bowl, whisk together dijon mustard, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Then, slowly whisk together the olive oil and the vegetable oil is a different bowl. Add the two mixtures.
Use this over: grilled fish, roast beef, anchovies.
