Easy Recipe Finder

Recipe Feeder
Prep time is 15 minutes; Cooking time is 40 minutes and this serves approximately 4-6.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 heads broccoli, cut into florets (or 4 cups broccoli florets)
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into thin strips
75 grams sweet or spiced ham, cut into 1-inch strips
1 cup grated light or low-fat cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 cup low-fat milk
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with olive oil. Dust with breadcrumbs.
2. Arrange broccoli, red bell pepper, ham, and grated cheese on the pie plate
3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and mustard, and season with salt to taste. Pour over vegetable mixture. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until firm and golden. Cut into wedges and serve.

You can also try substituting broccoli with any of your favorite vegetable.
