2 zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 bunch broccoli, cut in florets
1 small cauliflower, cut in florets
4 large ribs celery, sliced on diagonal
1 can whole baby corn (pickled)
Sliced mushrooms
1 each green and red peppers, sliced

Marinade:
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp. each sugar, thyme, basil, and marjoram
2 tsp salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 small clove garlic
1 bay leaf

Mix above ingredients, pour over vegetables and refrigerate several hours. Toss occasionally. Before serving, discard garlic clove and bay leaf.
