Recipe Feeder
1 ea salad: 1/2 c chopped onion
4 c brown rice, cooked 1 ea Dressing:
1/2 c swiss cheese, grated 3 tb olive oil
1 cn (6.5 oz) tuna (optional) 1 ts lemon juice
2 tb fresh chopped parsley 2 tb mayonnaise
2 ea tomatoes, cubed 1 ds cayenne
6 servings
Combine and toss salad ingredients. Add dressing. Chill at least 1 hour
to allow flavors to blend. Serves 6.
